The invoice generator

The free invoice generator works entirely in your browser. The names, addresses, hours and amounts you type in are never sent to us or to anyone else, and they are not saved in your browser either. Close or reload the page and they are gone.

When you download an invoice, our site sends one anonymous count to us: that an invoice was made, and which council layout was chosen. It contains nothing you typed.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, your answer to "How do you produce nursery invoices today?", your setting type if you gave it, and the fact that you agreed to be emailed. We use this only to tell you when Nursery Invoice opens. We keep it until launch or until you ask us to remove it, whichever is first.

Who handles your data

This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Waitlist details are stored in a Cloudflare database located in Western Europe. Cloudflare also provides our bot check on the waitlist form (Turnstile) and cookieless visitor counts (Web Analytics). We don't use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Your rights and deletion

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to unsubscribe, email [email protected]. We will act on it promptly.
